Accessibility statement.

[Demark Davis Holdings LLC] ("we", "us", "our") is committed to making [demarkdavismedia.com] usable by as many people as possible, regardless of ability, device, or assistive technology.

We treat accessibility the same way we treat every other standard on this site: as something you either do properly or admit you haven't done yet. This statement is written to be checked, not to reassure. Where we fall short, section 09 says so plainly and tells you what we're doing about it.

Accessibility is not a project we completed. It is an ongoing obligation we review as the site changes.

This statement applies to the public pages of [demarkdavismedia.com], including the home, about, wealth, health, real estate, media, contact, and legal pages.

It does not cover third-party platforms we link to, which are controlled by their own operators and publish their own accessibility statements. That includes:

• Our external storefronts — Market Titans and Warrior Protocol.
• Any course, community, or membership platform hosted outside this domain.
• Third-party ticketing, webinar, or scheduling services.
• Social media platforms and the video player embedded from YouTube.

Where a third party creates a barrier for you, we will still help. See section 16.

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) define requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It has three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA.

[demarkdavismedia.com] is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA.

"Partially conformant" means most of the site meets the standard, but some content does not yet fully conform. We have chosen to state this accurately rather than claim full conformance we cannot presently evidence. The specific gaps are listed in section 09.

To support accessibility, we:

• Include accessibility as a requirement when new sections are designed, not as a retro-fit.
• Build with semantic HTML — real headings, real landmarks, real buttons and links.
• Test new pages with keyboard-only navigation before they go live.
• Respect operating-system accessibility preferences, including reduced motion.
• Review this statement and re-test the site at least [annually], and after any significant redesign.
• Treat every barrier report we receive as a defect, and log it accordingly.

The following are built into this site today. If any of them fails for you, that is a defect and we want to hear about it.

This site uses motion deliberately — reveals, gradients, and depth. Motion can trigger nausea, dizziness, or migraine for people with vestibular disorders, so it is entirely optional.

If you enable "Reduce motion" in your operating system, every animation on this site stops. Content appears immediately, in place, with no transition. You do not need to set anything on our site — we read your existing device preference.

• macOS / iOS — Settings → Accessibility → Motion → Reduce Motion.
• Windows — Settings → Accessibility → Visual effects → Animation effects.
• Android — Settings → Accessibility → Remove animations.

Nothing on this site flashes more than three times per second, and there is no content designed to induce a seizure response.

Videos on this site — including testimonials and speaking footage — are click-to-load. Until you press play, no video player is loaded and no media begins. Nothing will ever start talking at you unexpectedly.

Play controls are real buttons: they can be reached with the Tab key and activated with Enter or Space. Only one video plays at a time, and a video that scrolls out of view is paused automatically.

Captions. We are working through our video library to add accurate captions. Some videos are captioned; some are not yet. This is listed as a known limitation in section 09. If you need a transcript of any specific video, ask us and we will provide one — see section 16.

The site is operable with a keyboard alone. You should be able to reach every link, button, form field, video, and filter using Tab and Shift+Tab, and activate them with Enter or Space.

• Focus is always visible — a gold outline marks the focused element.
• Focus order follows reading order — top to bottom, left to right.
• No keyboard traps — you can always Tab back out of any component.
• No hover-only content — anything revealed on hover is also reachable by keyboard and touch.
• Touch targets — interactive controls are sized for touch, not just for a mouse pointer.

Cursor-following and hover effects are disabled on touch devices, so they never interfere with tapping.

Despite our efforts, some content on this site is not yet fully accessible. We would rather list these openly than let you discover them the hard way.

This list is maintained honestly. If you find a barrier that is not on it, that is genuinely useful information to us — please tell us at section 14.

We use third-party services to host the site, process payments, deliver products, and embed video. We do not control the accessibility of their interfaces, and their conformance may differ from ours.

Where we have a choice, we select vendors who publish an accessibility statement and maintain a conformance report. Where a vendor's component blocks you, we will:

• Report the issue to that vendor on your behalf.
• Provide the same information or service through an accessible alternative route.
• Complete the transaction with you directly by email or phone if their checkout is unusable.

We evaluate accessibility using a combination of methods:

• Self-evaluation — carried out internally against the WCAG 2.1 Level AA success criteria.
• Automated testing — using accessibility scanners and browser audit tools to catch contrast, labelling, and structural errors.
• Manual keyboard testing — every new page is navigated end to end with a keyboard only.
• Screen-reader spot checks — key journeys are checked with at least one screen reader.
• Zoom and reflow testing — at 200% zoom and at small viewport widths.
• User feedback — reports received through the channel in section 14 are treated as test results.

This site has not been audited by an independent third party. We state that rather than imply a formal audit we have not commissioned. [Optional: if and when you commission a third-party audit, replace this paragraph with the auditor's name and the report date.]

This site is designed to be compatible with:

• The current and previous major versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox, and Safari.
• Screen readers including NVDA and JAWS on Windows, VoiceOver on macOS and iOS, and TalkBack on Android.
• Browser zoom up to 200%, and operating-system text scaling.
• Speech recognition and switch-access input.

The site may not work as intended in browsers more than two major versions old, or in browsers where JavaScript has been disabled by an extension that also strips stylesheets. Content will still be readable.

Accessibility of this site relies on the following technologies working with your browser and any assistive technology you use:

• HTML — for structure, landmarks, and semantics.
• CSS — for presentation, layout, focus indication, and motion preferences.
• WAI-ARIA — where native HTML semantics are not sufficient.
• JavaScript — for enhancements such as reveals, filters, and click-to-load media. Content remains available if it fails.

These technologies are relied upon for conformance with the standard stated in section 03.

If any part of this site is difficult or impossible for you to use, tell us. You do not need to explain your disability, and you do not need to know the technical cause.

Send it in whatever form is easiest for you. A one-line email saying "the video page doesn't work with VoiceOver" is enough for us to start.

When you report an accessibility barrier, we commit to:

• Acknowledge your report within [2 business days].
• Respond substantively within [10 business days], with either a fix, a timeline, or an accessible alternative.
• Give you the content another way in the meantime, at no cost — see section 16.
• Tell you when it's fixed, rather than closing the report silently.

If a fix depends on a third-party vendor, we will say so honestly and tell you what we have asked them for.

If any content on this site is inaccessible to you, we will provide it another way at no charge. That includes:

• Transcripts of any video or audio.
• Plain-text or accessible-HTML versions of documents.
• Large-print or high-contrast versions of written material.
• Completing a form, purchase, or registration with you by email or phone.
• A verbal walk-through of anything on the site.

You will never be charged extra, asked to justify the request, or offered a lesser version of the product because you needed a different route to it.

Where we host or speak at live events, webinars, or workshops, accessibility provision depends partly on the venue or platform. We will always try to arrange reasonable accommodations.

• Tell us your access requirements when you register, or at least [10 business days] before the event where possible.
• For online events, we will state in advance whether live captioning is available.
• For in-person events, we will confirm step-free access, seating, and facilities with the venue.
• Where we cannot meet a request, we will tell you before the event, not on the day.

Nothing in this statement limits your rights under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), Section 508 of the Rehabilitation Act, or any other applicable accessibility or anti-discrimination law in your jurisdiction.
